Kelsey Woodard and Kaylin Petry are sisters with a vision to provide events and parties to clients filled with memories to last a lifetime. Originally from Southern California, Kelsey ventured to Yakima, Washington with inspiration to establish a venue to host occasions. Kaylin stayed behind in California but has frequent visits to Colewood Acres to be with her sister. Kelsey and Kaylin are excited to provide the support needed to clients to plan, execute, and party the nights away in Moxee, Washington.

With Kelsey’s dedicated history of event planning, she is a phone call away to plan the perfect wedding, your Christmas party, or graduation celebration. Kelsey possesses over eight years of experience in party planning. She started her journey by prepping theater departments for plays and opening nights. Succeeding into working for her local church, Kelsey planned every holiday event and special guest speaker events. Kelsey knew her goal was to create a venue and provide exceptional support during the event planning process. As the dreamer of Colewood Acres, Kelsey crafts the clients dreams into reality.
